Specification and compliance
All suspended ceiling systems are specified to current British Standards and Building Regulations:
- Part B (fire safety): FD30 / FD60 / FD90 ceilings with fire-stopped service penetrations, manufacturer-tested details
- Part E (sound): acoustic tiles and insulation in the void to deliver required dB Rw targets (35-45 dB for residential, 40+ dB for commercial)
- Part L (energy): LED-integrated panels where specified, with PIR-controlled lighting options
- BS EN 13964: suspended ceiling product standard, manufacturer-tested grid strength and tile loading
- FIRAS-accredited installation available for fire-rated ceiling systems where third-party certification is required
